  2. Condition of Items: All returned items must be:

    • Unwashed, and undamaged.

    • Free of stains, odors, and signs of wear.

    • In their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  3. Exclusions:

    • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

    • Certain hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) may only be returned if unworn and in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return:

    • Go to the "Contact Us" Page on the website.

    • Enter your information into the boxes provided and add your order number and reason for return.

    • You will be contacted and a refunded will be issued if eligible.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:

    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item(s).

    • You will be notified via email once your return has been inspected and approved.

  2. Refund Method:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

    • For purchases made with gift cards, store credit will be issued.

  3. Deductions:

    • For prepaid return labels, a small fee may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

    • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
